all of its accounts and sends
out delivery details on the first
and 15th of each month.
Delivery details include dates,
pick-up and delivery information,
and charges for each of your
shipments. You can get as much
information as you need on your
delivery details, including your
own internal reference numbers,
caller names, etc...
If you need to see a summary
of your details more frequently
than that, we can fax them to
you weekly or daily.

Weight
Charges
Weights
up to 100 lbs. are charged at 10¢ per lb.
Weights over 100 lbs. are charged at 7.5¢ per lb.
(When that price exceeds the price for 100 lbs.)
All weight charges are assessed from 0 lbs.
Waiting
Time Charges
Waiting
time charges are assessed:
• if a package is not ready when you indicate it will be from the
time the courier arrives.
• If the courier must wait for the recipient to be located or for
the shipment to be received.
Charges for waiting time are $24/hr calculated in 5 minute increments.
($2.00 for a 5 minute wait)

time charges are assessed if the size of your delivery and or location
is such that it requires the driver to make repeated trips to load or
unload the shipment.

X-Large
Charges
Packages 1" x 2' or larger are assessed an
X-Large fee of $1.00
Packages
1" x 3' or larger are assessed an X-Large fee of $2.00

Packages 1" x 5' or larger are assessed an X-Large fee of $5.00
